Summary House Rules

No parking on Windsor. Plenty of free public parking a block away on Pearl Street.
Eating/drinking in the kitchen area only
Children are welcome until 9 pm, swimvest required
No pets/animals
Limit on alcohol: 2 drinks per person per day [sorry, we’ve had too many problems with overdrinking]

We do not have access to email on the day of the event. So if you
have any questions on the day-of, please CALL THE HOUSE PHONE (above)
SWIM RULES:
- Parents are in charge of their kids. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk
- Swimvest required for anyone who can’t pass swim test
- LOCK THE GATE. It takes 20 seconds for a kid or dog to drown. Most drownings happen WHILE PARENTS ARE NEAR THE POOL.
- No glass/ceramic
- Do not knock on the house door if you are not already invited into the house. Call 911 if you have an emergency
